For all prescriptions out with this range and multifocal glasses please add on an additional 4 days.

For refresh orders, please note the lead time will begin from when we receive your frame and prescription details.

Returns and Refunds Process

We need to speak with you before you return your glasses, please email us at hey@iolla.com.

For non-bespoke goods bought online, such as non-prescription glasses or frames only, we allow you to return them up to 14 days from the day you receive them. Personalised / bespoke products, such as prescription eyewear are excluded from this right.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • You have completed and attached a returns form found here

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from IOLLA.
