Fundraise with IOLLA for Social Bite Raffle - Terms and Conditions:

Promotion Period:

  1. The Fundraise with IOLLA raffle commences at 5pm on Thursday 23rd May 2024 “Start Date” and closes at 11:59pm on Thursday 30th May 2024 “Closing Date”, being the “Promotion Period”. For the avoidance of doubt, this means that entries must have been received by The Promoter by the close of the Promotion Period in order to meet the Closing Date validity requirements.
  2. By submitting an entry to this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions
  3. Entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. Donations submitted with inactive email addresses, or without giving access to IOLLA to the email address associated with the donation, shall be deemed invalid entries. 
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion at any time with no liability to any third party.

Entries and Winner Selection: 

  1. Raffle entries are limited to one per email address.
  2. In order for entries to be valid alongside your donation, participants must tick the box to share your email address with IOLLA.
  3. Raffle prize terms are subject to the brand owner of each available prize.
  4. The winners will be selected by CHANCE – PRIZE DRAW by means of a random draw conducted by IOLLA at the end of the Promotion Period, with 1 'Draws' taking place on Friday the 31st of May 2024.
  5. The winner will be notified of the fact that they have won at the end of the promotion period, via email.   They will then be asked to supply details for delivery of their prize.  Prizes shall be delivered within 30 days following a response from the Winner.

Prizes: 

  1. Prizes include:
    1. 2 pairs of IOLLA glasses or sunglasses for the two recipient's choosing. A voucher code to the value of £85 will be sent to each recipient to redeem against a complete pair of prescription or non prescription glasses or sunglasses
    2. A voucher from MUD Urban Flowers valid for redemption on their website
    3. A physical voucher for B51 valid for redemption in-person
    4. A voucher for Civerinos valid for redemption in any Civerinos location
    5. A voucher for Craft Pottery valid for redemption in-person

 

General:

  1. If for any reason any aspect of the Promotion does not function correctly, whether by means of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of IOLLA that corrupts or affects the administration, integrity or fairness of the Promotion, then the Promoter may at its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or invalidate affected entries.
  2. The Promoter accepts no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence, where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law.
  3. Internet access required.
  4. If there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions by an entrant, The Promoter may, at its sole discretion invalidate the relevant entry and disqualify the entrant from the Promotion, irrespective of the stage in the Promotion reached.
  5. The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
