Every prescription pair is made to order, just for you, so the clock starts the moment we've got your full prescription and order details, not a second before. Here's roughly how long each kind of order takes to land.
Prescription glasses & sunglasses
Single vision prescription pairs. Times run from when we receive your full prescription and order.
Sunglasses, accessories & ready readers
Includes regular (non-prescription) sunglasses, ready readers, cases, cloths and gift cards.
Refresh lens orders
New lenses for frames you already own. Calculated from when we have your prescription, frames and details.
Delivery for online orders
UK delivery is FREE on orders over £100. £4.95 on orders under £100. Orders are delivered via Royal Mail 48 hr tracked or can alternatively be collected from a showroom for free.

Every prescription pair is glazed and finished just for you, so the way returns work depends on whether your order was made to your prescription. Here's the honest version.
Made to your prescription
Because prescription glasses are made just for you, once your lenses have been glazed they can't be resold or used again, so they sometimes aren't eligible for a standard refund. The full detail is set out in our Terms of Use.
That said, you're never stuck with a pair that isn't working, that's what our Happiness Guarantee is for.
Frames & accessories
Non-prescription items, such as frames without lenses, ready readers and accessories, can be returned within 14 days for a refund, provided they're unused and in their original condition.
Please get in touch before sending anything back, our team will confirm the details and talk you through the next steps.

If you're not completely happy with your glasses, let us know within 90 days and we'll put it right, whether that's an adjustment, a remake, or finding you a frame you'll genuinely love wearing. Real people, no jargon, no pressure.
