Returns
Once your prescription has been glazed into your glasses, these become a bespoke product and so are not technically eligible to return for a refund. Please see our website Terms of Use for full eligibility to return goods.
This being said, at IOLLA we are committed to our Happiness Guarantee. We exist to make you look and feel great so we would always encourage you to reach out to us if you aren't 100% happy with your products or our services. Please note that you must get in touch with us to report any problem within 90 days of receiving your glasses.
For non-bespoke goods, such as non-prescription glasses or frames without lenses, you can return these up to 14 days from the day you receive them. Find out more here
