Terms and Conditions: Win with IOLLA Competition

Eligibility:

1. By submitting an entry to this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom. Directors, management and employees of IOLLA are not permitted to enter the Promotion.

How to Enter:

1. To enter, entrants can participate in 3 ways: tag us @iolla on Instagram, upload a photo (either on our website at iolla.com/win-with-iolla or via scanning the QR in a showroom), or have their polaroid taken in a showroom.
2. 1 winner will be chosen at random.
3. Winners will be chosen within the previous calendar month.
4. The winner will collect their new pair of IOLLAs in a showroom and feature on our community wall.

Promotion Period:

1. The Promotion commences at 11.59 on Friday 23rd February “Start Date” and is ongoing until IOLLA ends the promotion.

Winner Selection:

1. The 1 winner will be selected at random draw.
2. Entrants will receive unlimited entries. 
3. The winner will be notified of the fact that they have won at the start of the calendar month, via email. They will then be provided with a code to redeem their prize either online or in a showrom within 6 months.
4. The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to contact the Winner using the contact details supplied by the winner. If a Winner does not respond within 1 calendar month of the first notification, then that individual forfeits the right to claim the Prize and the Promoter is free to nominate another winner as appropriate.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion at any time with no liability to any entrant or any third party.

Prizes:

1. The prize available is a pair of glasses or sunglasses of your choice designed and made by IOLLA.  
2. No cash or alternative prizes are available, with the exception that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, IOLLA reserves the right to award a similar prize/s of equal or greater value.

General:

1. If for any reason any aspect of the Promotion does not function correctly, whether by means of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of IOLLA that corrupts or affects the administration, integrity or fairness of the Promotion, then the Promoter may at its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or invalidate affected entries.
2. The Promoter accepts no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion and/or prizes, other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence, where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law.
3. Internet access required.
4. If there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions by an entrant, The Promoter may, at its sole discretion invalidate the relevant entry and disqualify the entrant from the Promotion, irrespective of the stage in the Promotion reached.
5. The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

The name and county of residence of the Winner will be available upon request after the Draw Date in writing to the Promoter, marked “Win with IOLLA”.
