Do I need a code?
No. It’s applied automatically in your basket online and at the till in our showrooms.
Does it work in showrooms and online?
Yes, it’s the same in every showroom and online.
Can the extra pairs be different styles or prescriptions?
Yes. Mix glasses, regular sunglasses and custom sunglasses, with any lens type.
Does the £25 come off the lenses too?
It comes off the complete pair price. Lens upgrades and add-ons are priced as normal, so you still get exactly the lenses that are right for you.
Can my partner’s pair count as my second pair?
The saving is for extra pairs for the same person, on the same order. The exception is regular sunglasses, which you can add for anyone.
Can I come back for the second pair later?
To get the £25 off, every pair needs to be on the same order. A pair added later, or at collection, isn’t included.
Can I use my student or referral code as well?
Not together, it’s one or the other. We’ll make sure you get whichever saves you the most.
Does it work with Refresh or Frame Only?
No, it’s for complete extra pairs of glasses or sunglasses.
What if I return one of the pairs?
The £25 saving goes with the returned pair. Return your extra pair and you’re refunded what you paid for it. Return your first pair and the one you keep goes back to its full price, so your refund is £25 less. We’ll always confirm the exact amount with you first.
I ordered before the offer started. Can I get the saving?
I’m afraid not. It’s for orders placed while the offer is running, with every pair on the same order.
Is there a limit to how many pairs I can add?
The saving is applied automatically on up to five pairs. Buying more? Pop into a showroom and the team will sort it for you.
