Terms and Conditions: Refer a Friend

Eligibility:

1. By participating in the Refer a Friend Program, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entries submitted with inactive email addresses, shall be deemed invalid entries.
3. Entry is open to residents globally. Directors, management and employees of IOLLA are not permitted to enter the Promotion.

How to enter:

• Referrer must enter their own email address and the email address of the person they wish to refer. Alternatively, the referrer can share a link directly or via the displayed social media platforms on the webpage https://iolla.com/refer. 

• Referred friends must make a qualifying purchase for the referrer to earn their reward.

Referral terms:

1. Refer a Friend discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions at IOLLA. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

2. If a referred customer returns their purchase, the referrer will not receive their reward. If the reward has already been issued, IOLLA reserves the right to revoke it from both the referred and the referrer.

3. IOLLA reserves the right to modify or cancel the Refer a Friend program at any time without prior notice.

4. A referral code is only valid after the referred person's purchase, and can't be applied retrospectively to orders made before the referred person's purchase.

5. Referrals must be made from unique individuals. You cannot refer yourself using a secondary or alternative email address. Any attempts to do so, will result in disqualification from the referral program.

6. Referral rewards are only valid on full priced eyewear. Rewards cannot be redeemed on refresh services or accessories.

    

General:

1. If for any reason any aspect of the Promotion does not function correctly, whether by means of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of IOLLA that corrupts or affects the administration, integrity or fairness of the Promotion, then the Promoter may at its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or invalidate affected entries.
2. The Promoter accepts no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion, other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence, where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law.
3. Internet access required.
4. If there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions by an entrant, The Promoter may, at its sole discretion invalidate the relevant entry and disqualify the entrant from the Promotion, irrespective of the stage in the Promotion reached.
5. The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
