Shopping online

As always, our website remains up and running so you can continue to shop online, and take advantage of our online services, including Virtual Try On where you can try on the full collection from the comfort of your own home, and our new Festive Gift Shop including a collection of perfectly packaged gifts.

Visiting a showroom

Our showrooms will continue to remain open with extra measures in place to keep everyone safe, relaxed and able to enjoy the great experience you have always known from us. Learn more about planning your visit.

We are offering booking slots to allow you to book your visit at a convenient time for you. If you don't have a booking, no problem, we have a walk-in system but please note that at peak times you may need to wait before entering a showroom. Before your visit, familiarise yourself with our health and safety measures.

Our Workshop

We have implemented strict measures to ensure that we’re making the IOLLA workshop a safe place for our team to assemble and dispatch your glasses. These measures include the use of personal protection equipment when required and a reconfigured layout to ensure our staff are spaced out into different rooms or areas. We continue to send your eyewear to you whilst ensuring the safety of everyone involved. We know that both you and our staff expect nothing less.

FAQs

Are your showrooms open?
Yes, our Glasgow City Centre, Edinburgh Stockbridge and Glasgow Finnieston showrooms are now open.

I can't get a suitable booking slot for my visit, what should I do?
If you haven't been able to book your slot, you can either wait until we release the following weeks booking times or visit us via walk-in, we'd recommend avoiding peak times to ensure you don't have to wait.

When do you release booking times for later dates?
We will release booking slots for the following week each Monday at 10am.

Can I order online?
Yes, you can order from our full collection of products online to be delivered straight to you. Our communications team is ready to help with any style advice or order queries.

Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, you can call us and we can process your order over the phone, we're available for calls between 10am and 6pm from Monday to Saturday.

Will regular lead times for orders be affected?
Although we do aim to maintain existing delivery timelines during this time, we are reliant on postal services which are under increased pressure so please bear with us if there’s a little delay.

I'm desperate, can I get glasses faster than usual?
We'll do our very best to get glasses to those who need them as quickly as possible, if you're in a rush please reach out to our communications team.

How do I clean my glasses?

I've received my glasses but they need adjusted, what should I do?
Please book a slot to visit our showroom and have them adjusted. If you aren't able to visit, please contact us and we'll do our very best to help.

I'm an existing customer, are my measurement and prescription details saved?
Yes, we hold your prescription and measurement details on file, so there will be no need to send these details again, provided they’re still valid. If you'd like to check their validity, please reach out to our communications team.

How do I enter my prescription online?
After the checkout page, you'll be asked to provide details of your prescription and measurements.
