We're reopening our showrooms

We reopened our Glasgow City Centre showroom on the 30th of June.

Whilst we practice limited numbers and social distancing in the showroom, we will be offering visiting slots for those who wish to pre-book, as well as a queue system to allow for walk-ins. This will let us reopen our doors at a steady pace, learning as we go and ensuring we can maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for all. Book your slot here. We plan to roll out the safe reopening of our Glasgow Finnieston and Edinburgh Stockbridge showrooms in the near future.

With the safety of our team and community always at the forefront, we have enhanced our showroom with additional measures to make sure you feel safe, relaxed and able to enjoy the great experience you have always known from us. These changes allow us to welcome you back to our showroom where you can have fun, try-on and shop at ease, knowing we’ll take care of the rest.

We're open online

IOLLA.com remains up and running so you can continue to shop online and try out our frames using our new Virtual Try On service. Orders will flow through out workshop as usual.

Visiting a showroom

  • We encourage you to book to secure a convenient time for you to visit. If you don't have a booking, no problem, we have a walk-in system to allow you to safely wait in a queue but please note that at peak times there may be long waits. Before your visit, familiarise yourself with our health and safety measures.
  • Have a browse online ahead of your visit, you can use our Virtual Try On to get an idea of what you like and then add your favourites to your Wish List.
  • To limit the number of people in the showroom, we won't be offering collections for the time being and instead posting your glasses directly to you for free. If when you receive your glasses they need extra adjustments, feel free to make another appointment, we would be happy to see you again!
  • We ask that you visit alone where you can. If you are accompanied by a child, please keep them with you at all times and under supervision.
  • Please do not visit a showroom if you or someone you have been in contact with has symptoms or has had symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 14 days. Please cancel or reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.

Our Showroom Health & Safety Measures

Social Distancing
To allow us to maintain a safe distance from each other, we are limiting the number of people in our showroom. To visit, book a slot here or wait in our queue until a stylist greets you. We have many slots available, so check our booking page or speak to a stylist at the door if you’re passing by.

Regular Frame Cleaning
Our team will be carrying out thorough cleaning between customers throughout the day; including all surfaces and equipment. All frames that are tried on will be separated clearly so our stylists can clean them before putting them back on the shelves.

Sanitising Stations
We ask that you use the supplied hand sanitiser on entering our showroom. These are placed throughout the shop for our team and our customers to use. There's plenty to go around, so please help yourself throughout your visit.

Contact Free Measurements
Where measurements may be needed for your order, our stylists will take these from the other side of a screen safely and accurately. We are able to safely provide all of the same services as before to ensure you look and feel great in your eyewear.

FAQ

Are your showrooms open?
From the 29th of June we will reopen our Glasgow City Centre Showroom. Our Glasgow Finnieston and Edinburgh Stockbridge showrooms remain closed.

I can't get a suitable booking slot for my visit, what should I do?
If you haven't been able to book your slot, you can either wait until we release the following weeks booking times or visit us via walk-in, we'd recommend avoiding peak times to ensure you aren't waiting too long.

When do you release booking times for later dates?
We will release booking slots for the following week each Monday at 10am.

Can I still order online?
Yes, you can still order online with us. Our website remains online and you can order our full collection of products to be delivered straight to you. Our communications team is ready to help with any style advice or order queries.

Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, you can call us and we can process your order over the phone, we're available for calls between 10am and 6pm from Monday to Saturday.

Will regular lead times for orders be affected?
Although we do aim to maintain existing delivery timelines during this time, we are reliant on postal services which are under increased pressure so please bear with us if there’s a little delay.

I'm desperate, can I get glasses faster than ususal?
We'll do our very best to get glasses to those who need them as quickly as possible, if you're in a rush please reach out to our communications team.

How do I clean my glasses?

I've received my glasses but they need adjusted, what should I do?
Please book a slot to visit our showroom and have them adjusted. If you aren't able to visit, please contact us and we'll do our very best to help.

I'm an existing customer, are my measurement and prescription details saved?
Yes, we hold your prescription and measurement details on file, so there will be no need to send these details again, provided they’re still valid. If you'd like to check their validity, please reach out to our communications team.

How do I enter my prescription online?
After the checkout page, you'll be asked to provide details of your prescription and measurements.
